TSAWWASSEN MILLS MALL, TSAWWASSEN, B.C., 2013 to 2017 (STANTEC)

 

Tsawwassen Mills Mall comprises of over 200 stores, 1.25 million square feet, and 1,100 seat food court which is probably the largest glulam structure in B.C. My role in the project was of design development, construction document production, and contract administration, as well as coordination of tenant design. Three of my four years of my involvement on this project were on site, spanning the full construction period of the project, from excavation to opening.
